Summary
This position is in the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center, 1300 Pennsylvania Ave., NW., Washington, DC, in the Bureau for Inclusive Growth, Partnerships, and Innovation (IPI), at the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID).

Provides technical assistance on Digital Government and Data Governance programming.
Manages multiple work projects related to Digital Government, Data Governance and Digital Public Infrastructure portfolio.
Coordinates with USG to define policy and interagency representation on critical topics related to Digital government, data governance and digital public infrastructure.
Manages a team of technical experts to ensure that projects and responsibilities are equitably divided.
Engages in multi-stakeholder conversations with other donors, civil society organizations, think tanks, etc. to help determine policy and programming objectives.
Adapts leadership style to a variety of situations through expert communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage sub-team activities, set and track priorities, and resolve conflicts when they arise.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Security clearance.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience:
GS-14: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. Examples of qualifying specialized experience at the next lower level for this position includes: a) experience managing digital development projects at the country level and b) coordinating multiple stakeholders engagements related to digital government, digital development, data governance, or digital public infrastructure.
CTAP/ICTAP candidates will be referred to the selecting official if they are found well qualified. Well-qualified means an eligible employee who possesses the knowledge, skills, and abilities that clearly exceed the position's minimum requirements.
