U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. Open to US Citizens and Non-US Citizens of a NATO Country (except Germany) eligible for employment under US conditions worldwide.
Practical knowledge of website maintenance and 1-3 years experience in marketing. Must possess organizational skills and be able to work quickly in a web-based environment. Must be able to work independently and in a team environment under pressure to meet project deadlines and specific tasks. Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe CS4 (Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign) is preferred as well as specialized education obtained in course work related to marketing, interactive communications or another related field.
Highly Preferred Criteria:
- Familiarity with Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (FMWR)
- Possess experience in Web Content Management and Social Media posting via meta or other scheduling software.
- Experience using both Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, In Design, or Photoshop) and Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, Teams, Sharepoint) in a classroom or work setting to create, update, and publish marketing materials, signage, videos, and advertising materials from written, oral instructions or rough sketches at the level required to accomplish the assigned production tasks.

- Minimum of one-year professional experience managing social media channels for a business.
- Associates or Bachelors degree in Marketing or Graphic Design.
- Ability to communicate in writing and verbally, on a professional level, with co-workers, Leadership, clients, and outside entities.
- Available to report to alternate work location as needed to provide briefings and update marketing materials.
