Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Level Advanced Level in the Acquisition Career Field Program Management within 48 months of entrance on duty.
This position is a Critical Acquisition Position (CAP) position. Selectee must execute a written tenure agreement to remain in Federal service in the position for at least three years.
Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
Employee must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 25% of the time.
Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year experience equivalent to the NH-03/GS-13 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Performing logistics management duties for major systems acquisition programs with demonstrated experience with integrated product support activities including developing a life cycle sustainment plan; 2) Developing/coordinating contract scope of work for logistics support, from concept through deployment; 3) Developing budgetary requirements for adequate logistics support of assigned systems; and 4) Developing materiel-fielding plans, fielding agreements with users, and other long and short-range planning documents.
This non-supervisory position is subject to a salary control point equivalent to the GS-14, step 10 base salary. Or, if the incumbent's salary currently exceeds the GS-14, step 10 level, the incumbent's salary will be put on a salary control point at the incumbents existing salary.
Education
