U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. Serves as the Installation Automotive Crafts Facility Manager with responsibility for operation and implementation of activities in a diversified self-help automotive maintenance facility.
Provides technical knowledge in automotive maintenance and repair. Analyzes major trends and projects potential changes in program emphasis. Plans and develops shop activities of the Auto Crafts Program
Develops SOPs and submits budgetary requirements for both NAF and APF for equipment and supplies and labor.
Performs vehicle maintenance on NAF vehicles; provides one-on-one instruction and guidance to patrons. Schedules and assigns work of lower graded employees
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

Qualifications
Demonstrated work experience that include the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the work of the position to be filled.
Possess specialized knowledge of automotive mechanical systems, to include repair and maintenance.
Work experience must have been equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the next lower grade level.

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are not authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is not in the Government's interest.
Pay-Band Allowances and Differentials
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

Incentives will not be paid.
Foreign Overseas Allowances
