U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Responsible for overall management and direction of Business and Revenue Generating operations at a MWR installation to include some or all of the following: Bowling, Golf Courses, Auto Skills and other revenue generating operations.
Provides leadership, supervision, and guidance to ensure attainment of the established business performance objectives. Coordinates with other MWR Programs (i.e. CYS, Recreation) as required.
Directs, develops, and administers plans and procedures, and implements, enforces, and ensures compliance with regulations to provide business operations which meet the needs and interests of the assigned installation.
Prepares and presents briefings on MWR Programs as necessary and answers all requests for data pertaining to managed programs. May act as Certifying Official/Billing Official (CO/BO) for Government Purchase Cards.
Performs the full range of supervisory functions/responsibilities for assigned activities. May supervise other support services functions as required and assigned.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

Required to file a Confidential Statement of Affiliations and Financial Interest in accordance with requirements of DODD 5500.7 Joint Ethnic Regulation.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess at least one year of work experience directing/managing one or more MWR Business Operations activities as listed above, or similar civilian operation.
Experience must show the full range of managerial and supervisory duties.
Highly Preferred Criteria:
Have at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
Have three (3) or more years of experience overseeing multiple business programs.
Have experience with Government Purchase Cards as both a purchaser and as a billing official.
Willing and able to have a schedule that may require to deviate, depending on needs of the facilities overseen.
Have or able to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.
PCS costs will be paid in accordance with and not exceed the Joint Travel Regulation (JTR) allowances.
Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
Incentives will not be paid.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid.
