Duties

Help
  • Develop and execute new business opportunities associated with partnerships, cooperative research and development agreements (CRADA), and Interagency Service Agreements (ISA).
  • Draft proposals, information, and action memorandum, and deliver tailored briefings to relevant audiences.
  • Coordinate with contracting officers, legal and JMC on issues that may require their attention.
  • Measure performance and take corrective actions to maintain agreed upon schedule and cost.
  • Preserve marketing plans detailing potential targets of opportunity and required action plans.
  • Organize initial development proposals to point of funding.
  • Assign tasks to matrixed team members based on priorities, requirements, and functions.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1. Creating detailed marketing plans. 2. Creating and business development proposals for potenal new customers. 3. Managing Public and Private partnerships. And 4. Maintaining and Reviewing annual feedback surveys to maintain relationships with business partners.This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11).

JMC's mission is to support the production, storage, distribution, and demilitarization of munitions. This position serves as a Program Analyst located at Pine Bluff Arsenal, AR, which is a subordinate installation of JMC.
