This is an Army Acquisition, Logistics and Technology Workforce position.
Selectees must meet position requirements for certification at Level the Contracting and the Contracting Professional Career Level Certification within 36 months of appointment.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
Incumbent is required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450 and annually thereafter in accordance with DoD Directive 5500-7-R.
This position requires temporary duty (TDY) travel up to 25% of the time.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the NH-02/GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service that includes: 1) Developing Performance Work Statements (PWS) or Statements of Work (SOW); 2) Creating Market Research Reports or coordinating input for Independent Government Estimates; and 3) Evaluating criteria for various complex procurement actions to develop contract strategies.
