You will use system management tools, logical file systems, and client/server environments.
You will review the extent to which the security controls are implemented correctly, operating as intended, and producing the desired outcome with respect to meeting the security requirements for the system.
You will monitor and facilitate the initiation, progress and completion of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes leading to system Authorization to Operate (ATO) and continuous monitoring throughout the authorization life cycle.
You will prepare and present briefings to leadership.
You will attend working groups, technical exchange meetings, and conferences for the organization.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.

Qualifications
This position requires one year of information technology related experience in the federal service or private or public sector demonstrating the following four competencies, as defined:

Analyze Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) system security documentation to identify discrepancies and corrective actions;
Monitor and facilitate the initiation, progress, and completion of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes leading to system Authorization to Operate (ATO) and continuous monitoring throughout the authorization life cycle;
Review Information Assurance (IA) security controls for meeting requirements, correct implementation, and operational status.
