The area of consideration WORLDWIDE. U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation. Serves as the manager for the Community Activities Center (CAC) and may serve in a dual capacity as Recreation Delivery Program Team leader.
Develops, manages, plans and administers recreation activities programs to support eligible personnel for CAC activities.
As CAC manager, responsible for monitoring and maintaining electronic gaming equipment, big screen TVs, etc.; coordinating inter and intra garrison competitions and tournaments; overseeing food and beverage operation and programs.
Submits a cost analysis of events prior to implementation and after each event.
Continuously evaluates the effectiveness of ongoing activities and coordinates events with supervisor, prior to scheduling special events or prior to submission of special events for five-year plans.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

A one-year probationary period may be required.
Possesses satisfactory completion of pre-employment background checks in accordance with AR 215-3, 2-13, to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
This position may require a health screening. Immunizations may be required as a condition of employment for the health and safety of those in the facility.
Work requires the use of physical exertion when preparing for and overseeing events. Must be able to lift and carry light to moderately heavy items.
Ability to obtain and maintain a valid US Army (USAREUR) Certificate of License.
Qualifications
Directly related work experience that provided the applicant the ability, knowledge, skills, principles, methods and techniques to plan, organize, coordinate, supervise and evaluate a recreational program.

PCS Costs
Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs is authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.
Sunday premium may be authorized. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. Sunday premium may be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday. Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized. Night differential may be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Foreign Overseas Allowances
Allowances, differentials, or incentives will be paid. These allowances may include Living Quarters Allowance (LQA), Temporary Quarters Subsistence Allowance (TQSA) and requires a Transportation Agreement in accordance (IAW) the provisions of the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR).
Post allowance may be paid in accordance with the Department of States Standardized Regulations (DSSR), contingent upon eligibility.
