Help
  • Supervise, and manage multi-year and annual fiscal, financial management, accounting or budgetary nature for over $600M in Information Technology services.
  • Work in conjunction with the contracting officer to ensure all polices are followed at the administrative level.
  • Work with various stakeholders as well as customer organizations in understanding their specific business needs, consulting, and advising on the most effective and efficient means of procuring IM/IT services and products
  • Direct, manage and supervise the OCIO Business Management Directorate senior managers, serves as rater. Serves as the senior rater for subordinate offices and staff. Provides supervisory control and direction for the OCIO enterprise workforce.
  • Serve as an ITIL/ITSM Service Area Owner (SAO) accountable for service(s) within their designated service area(s) throughout each service’s lifecycle.

  • Incumbent is required to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
  • TDY may be required up to 35% of the time.

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes:1) planning and organizing the work of a diverse team comprised of professional, technical, and administrative members; AND 2) managing a program of enterprise-wide acquisition, customer support, and financial services; AND 3) participating in program meetings to facilitate process improvement, acquisition programs and projects across the full life cycle. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service GS-14 or above.

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
