The Air Force Research Laboratory's Resources Branch seeks an interdisciplinary experienced mid-career professional to assist managers on proper position management, classification of new & revised lab demo and GS positions.

Assists senior analysts to plan, study, evaluate and develop policies and guidance pertaining to organizational structural analysis, methods, and procedures.
Submits and monitors manpower change requests and maintains a current Unit Manning Document.
Provides civilian and military personnel guidance on the Acquisition Professional Development Program (APDP).
Plans and manages education and training program objectives and develops and implements a multi-faceted program to meet
mission needs of the organization.
Assists Awards Program Manager in analyzing award products, errors and discrepancies for quality control.

Qualifications
Experience requirements are described in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, Administrative and Management Positions.
To qualify for this position, you must possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-5 level OR 1 full year of graduate level education OR superior academic achievement.
Specialized experience is experience that equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge and skills in assisting senior analysts to plan, study, evaluate and develop policies and guidance pertaining to organizational structural analysis, methods, and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or competencies in the following areas:
