Conceptualizes modern approaches by supporting, upgrading, researching, architecting, and prototyping new tools and support applications leading to the definition of technical and resource requirements.
Supports administrators, developers and analysts in completion of tasks, peer reviews and documentation of work assigned.
Works with the latest Microsoft technologies (Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, PowerBI, etc.) and Databricks for data ingestion, integration/transformation, reporting, and business consumption.
Supports delivery teams which may include branch managers, business analysts, architects, developers, user experience designers and change management professionals.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements: You must have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed. Please respond Yes or No if you possess such experience.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: In addition to meeting the basic requirements above, applicants must have 1 year of specialized experience that is at least equivalent in difficulty and complexity to work performed at the GS-12 grade level (or private sector equivalent).
Specialized experience for this position must include all of the following:
1) Design, development, and testing applications, concepts, standards, and practices sufficient to serve as expert and consultant; AND
2) Systems architecture, cloud architecture, data structures, data modeling and data pipeline design pertinent to data systems; AND
3) Applying overall data focused solutions from requirements gathering, through planning, implementation, and decommissioning in support of modernization; AND the development of an enterprise -class data ingestion, integration/transformation, and reporting capabilities.
4) Formulating, reviewing, and establishing automation, policies, and procedures sufficient to establish guardrails to protect and isolate Cloud workloads.
