Support data analytic projects to develop models and predictive capabilities to support Agency human capital analytic needs.
Assess the ability of data resources and infrastructure to meet Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer (OCHCO) and stakeholder needs.

Support a culture of enterprise-wide demand and use of data to maximize outcomes.
Assist in the development of multiple data access methods for OCHCO staff and stakeholders.
Optimize the ability of staff and stakeholders to use OCHCO data to generate insights.
Prepare data insights for consumption by leaders and stakeholders.
Leverage multiple avenues for release of data and insights.
Support OCHCO analytic initiatives; participate in the development of OCHCO and stakeholder needs for data of sufficient quality for intended uses.

Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Education Requirement (in the Education section below), to qualify for this position you must meet the requirements below.
Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.
To qualify for GS-11, you must have:
a) One year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 level:
Compiling and reviewing data through machine learning algorithms and artificial intelligence methods (i.e., R and Python);
Assisting a team of data scientists and supporting peer code reviews;
Assisting in the development of applications, visualizations, or reports from derived analyses and assisting with drafting communications of analytical findings for management or stakeholder review.
OR
b) Completed all requirements for a doctoral degree (i.e., Ph.D. or equivalent) in an appropriate field OR
c) Completed 3 full academic years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or equivalent doctoral degree in an appropriate field OR
d) Have an equivalent combination of experience and graduate study as discussed in a), b) and c) above

Have a combination of education and experience equivalent to a major field of study (30 semester hours) equivalent to one of the majors shown above, plus additional education or appropriate experience.
