Duties

Help
  • You will serve as the Senior Associate on the Customer Solutions Team as part of the Customer Business Solutions Branch in the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Business Office (NEBO).
  • You will provide support to the NAVSEA Enterprise, both General Fund (GF) and Working Capital Fund (WCF).
  • You will serve as the Senior Associate that shares information and provides guidance to associates on the Customer Solutions Team, ensuring that the associates understand the information and processes they are supposed to perform.
  • You will serve as the NAVSEA Enterprise system senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for sustainment processes within the areas of User Management (UM), Training, and Navy ERP system management.
  • You will participate as an integrated process team member across NEBO, within NAVSEA, and across all system commands.
  • You will serve as a NAVSEA SME for training, having an in depth understanding of on-line training, self-help and user access to systems based on qualifications.
  • You will be responsible for assisting the Customer Solutions Team Lead in the execution of NEBO plans and strategies, as well as auditing, to ensure processes are being followed.
  • You will be responsible for providing effective customer service, following appropriate feedback mechanisms and processes, and making recommendations for service and process improvement.
  • You will be responsible for records management, metrics support, and communications for NEBO.
  • You will be responsible for trouble ticket management and resolution; interpreting and understanding the impact of system changes/upgrades utilized by NAVSEA and participating in system testing.
  • You will perform on-line training development; performing role management functions; and must have an in-depth understanding of the tool(s) used to maintain roles, maintain training, and maintain management of Navy ERP system processes.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11-12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) process requirements to audit user access, deliver training and guidance to end users, and make recommendations for process improvements for an organization.
