If you're ready to apply your Enterprise Risk Management expertise, here some of the exciting duties you'll engage in:
Formulating and implementing an agency wide Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program, which includes, but not limited to agency-wide risk program framework, strategy and develops risk management policies and procedures, that enable enterprise execution of the program.
- Providing expertise, leadership, and overall strategic guidance to the DCSA Chief of Staff, Chief Strategy Office (CSO), agency leaders and its workforce in areas such as risk assessment, risk management, program funding requirements, internal reviews and compliance with Federal regulations and evaluation of risk responses, including internal controls.
- Implementing strategies and providing guidance for improving risk management practices across the organization.
- Leveraging industry-leading practices to automate and integrate compliant tools that can support the execution of an ERM program.
- Overseeing the development of improved methodologies for identifying, quantifying, and reporting on risks affecting the organization and the organization's overall Risk Profile.
- Supervises and provides day-to-day direction to a staff of management and program analysts, supporting DCSA's enterprise risk management and internal controls program.
- Developing and fostering professional relationships with peers internal and external to the agency, to promote the implementation and sustainment of DCSA's enterprise risk management and internal controls program.
Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
