Duties

Directs, develops, and administers plans and procedures; implements regulations to ensure functions are carried out in accordance with governing laws, policies, regulations and professional standards of service.
Provides leadership and supervision and communicates mission and organization goals to subordinates. Applies knowledge of programming, planning, and budgeting and long-range MWR.
Directs and develops finance and accounting operations. Maintains accounts showing status of installation allotments, assets, and liabilities. Establishes current and long-range program/services considering under desires.
Reviews and evaluates progress of program plans to determine whether overall objectives are being accomplished economically with reference to budget and manpower. Analyzes statistical data and budget reports.
Perform a wide range of review analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives.
Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting and long-range planning.

Qualifications

Work experience directing one or more DMWR Support Management programs for a garrison or similar civilian community for at least one year.

Do you have experience in the following?

1. Work experience directing/managing one or more DFMWR Support Management programs for a Garrison for at least one year.
2. Experience with FMWR Automation Software packages such as RecTrac, SNACS, FMBS, ISR, SMIRF, and ACRRO and experience and knowledge of Army NAF budget and execution systems to include Capital Purchases and Minor Construction.
3. Experience to execute an effective acquisition and financial management plan to include demonstrated ability to determine resource needs and allocation of resource needs and allocation of resources for both APF and NAF budgets and analysis of financial data.
4. Experience with development and execution of Strategic Planning pertaining to the operation of FMWR programs and activities.

PCS Costs

Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials

This is a pay-banded position.
Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.

Incentives and Bonuses

Incentives may be paid.
Recruitment or Relocation incentive of up to 15% of the annual salary may be approved with a signed two year service commitment.

Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances

Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
