ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Performs the following with proficiency and limited supervision: Employs tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) when conducting PAI collection, in order to mitigate operational risk and adhere to laws and policies governing the collection and use of PAI. 2. Performs the following with proficiency and limited supervision: Works with Intelligence Community collectors, collection managers, as well as analysts, military commanders, and other intelligence consumers to determine consumer dependencies. 3. Performs the following with proficiency and limited supervision: Develops an Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) collection plan in order to satisfy a given intelligence requirement, evaluates and “vets” sources of PAI information and produces OSINT reporting in order to satisfy a given intelligence requirements. 4. Builds and develops broad professional working relationships, within and outside of immediate work area, in support of office functions and DIA initiatives. 5. Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills to compose and to deliver responses to moderately complex questions in a clear, concise, and organized manner.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. Possess foreign language capability in French, Arabia, Russian, Mandarin, African dialect. 2. Formal Open Source Intelligence training (commercial or government) and previous Open Source Intelligence experience.

DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601. All applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
