To be eligible for the Pathways Summer Hire Intern Program, individuals must have been accepted for enrollment or be enrolled and seeking a degree (diploma, certificate, etc.) In a qualifying educational institution on a full or half time basis. This position has a NOT TO EXCEED date of September 30, 2024. Perform a full range of standard clerical office support functions.
Use word processing software and/or desktop publishing applications to produce a variety of documents.
Maintain automated tracking system for all department suspense's.
Types, edits, formats, and prints a wide variety of documents for the office staff, including correspondence, reports, technical notes, presentation, and briefing materiel.
Operate a computer, peripheral equipment and appropriate software to perform various computer operations in support of office operations.

Basic Requirements:
For the GS-02 grade level: Completion of a High school diploma or equivalent.
For the GS-03 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of post high school study.
For the GS-04 grade level: Completion of 2 full academic years of post-high school study or associate's degree.
For the GS-05 grade level: Completion of all requirements for a bachelor's degree or equivalent degree.
For the GS-07 grade level: Completion of 1 full academic year of graduate level education or eligibility under the Superior Academic Achievement Provision after completing a bachelor's degree.
Applicants must possess a 2.5 or higher cumulative Grade Point Average- Transcripts must be submitted for proof of education.
