Duties

Help
  • Actively participates in the management of the activity or organization by performing a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties. Serves as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations.
  • Applies knowledge of the organization, its functions and regulations to carry out a wide variety of administrative functions related to the organization and its mission (e.g., accounting, budget, purchasing, logistics and supply, security, etc).
  • Compose operating procedures and sets internal priorities to generate improvements in administrative services. Knowledge of rules, operations, and practices, and judgment in locating and selecting the most appropriate guidelines is required.
  • Performs other duties related to office automation requiring a skill in general office machines, software, and the internet/intranet.

  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Incumbent may also required to complete a Tier 1 background investigation for a Common Access Card for physical access to federally-controlled facilities.
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

Work experience directly related to the duties described above. Ability to type 40 words per minute.

Possession of Valid Driver's license or ability to obtain one within 3 months of employment.
Highly Qualifying Criteria:
Experience in Vehicle Dispatching, Property Book Management. Experience must be clearly defined in your resume. No assumptions will be made regarding experience.
