Qualifications

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes working with USDA/FPAC organization management. Examples of specialized experience: 1) applying qualitative and quantitative methods and techniques to design and conduct studies to assess and improve program operations and procedures; 2) analyzing and measuring program effectiveness and productivity; 3) applying knowledge of administrative operations to evaluate program activities for optimum utilization of resources for service delivery; 4) design and maintenance of automated reporting and process systems such as MS-Form, Team, SharePoint, etc.; 5) coordinating projects and data calls across multiple divisions/agencies, briefing senior leadership, and agency heads on recommendations and next steps.

Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the 03/01/2024 of the announcement including time-in-grade restrictions, specialized experience and/or education, as defined above.

Time in grade: Current federal employees applying for a promotion opportunity must meet time-in-grade (TIG) requirement of 52 weeks of service at the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the normal line of progression for the position being filled.
