Duties

Help
  • Knowledge of programming, planning, budgeting and long-range planning.
  • Preparing IMWRF strategic plan, cash budgets and Capital Purchase/Minor Construction (CPMC) budgets and 5 year plans.
  • Implementing and monitoring internal control procedures.
  • Perform a wide range of review analysis of NAF financial operations in order to evaluate performance in terms of requirements, goals and objectives.
  • Observes each subordinate activity to evaluate the effectiveness of leadership and operation, service provided to the community, and conformance to operating standards and regulations.

Work experience directing one or more DMWR Support Management programs for a garrison or similar civilian community for at least one year.

Do you have experience in the following?


1. Work experience directing/managing one or more DFMWR Support Management programs for a Garrison for at least one year.
2. Experience with FMWR Automation Software packages such as RecTrac, SNACS, FMBS, ISR, SMIRF, and ACRRO and experience and knowledge of Army NAF budget and execution systems to include Capital Purchases and Minor Construction.
3. Experience to execute an effective acquisition and financial management plan to include demonstrated ability to determine resource needs and allocation of resource needs and allocation of resources for both APF and NAF budgets and analysis of financial data.
4. Experience with development and execution of Strategic Planning pertaining to the operation of FMWR programs and activities.

PCS Costs
  • Payment Permanent Change of Station (PCS) costs are authorized, based on a determination that a PCS move is in the Government's interest.

Pay-Band (NF or CY) Allowances and Differentials
  • This is a pay-banded position.
  • Sunday premium pay may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. If authorized, only regular (full-time, part-time, limited tenure and seasonal) employees may be paid Sunday premium pay. When authorized, Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday). Sunday premium will be paid at the rate of 25% of the basic rate for all hours of non-overtime, when any part of the scheduled tour of duty is performed on Sunday (to a maximum of 8 hours per Sunday).
  • Night differential may be authorized by the Garrison Commander. When authorized, night differential will be paid at the rate of 10% basic rate for hours of non-overtime work performed between 1800-0600.
Incentives and Bonuses
  • Incentives may be paid.
  • Recruitment or Relocation incentive of up to 15% of the annual salary may be approved with a signed two year service commitment.
Non-Foreign Overseas Allowances
  • Non-foreign overseas allowances, cost of living (COLA), and differentials will not be paid, contingent upon eligibility.
