Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:
Researching timekeeping and/or atomic clocks and maintains familiarity with current progress in the field, nationally and internationally.
Troubleshooting and solve problems encountered in an experimental physics laboratory.
Evaluating technical plans and proposals to identify and quantify future precise time and frequency requirements and to improve existing timing methods or develop new timing methods to satisfy those requirements.
Applying written and oral communication skills in order to present briefings or to prepare reports, summaries, studies, professional papers, internal memos, and answer correspondence.
