Qualifications
In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector developing interpretive and exhibit plans. Examples of specialized experience include most or all of the following: 1) Producing scripts, labels, catalogues, and other documentation for exhibits. 2) Developing design concepts, drawings, floorplans, technology requirements, and/or other products needed for the gallery space. 3) Responding to requests for information related to museum projects. 4) Conducting in-depth research in history and artifacts to contribute to the creation of exhibits. 5) Leading or providing guidance to junior level personnel.
