This vacancy announcement is for a Dual-Status Technician position which requires active membership in the New Jersey National Guard (uniformed military service). Official appointment is not effective until membership within the New Jersey National Guard is confirmed by the gaining Human Resources Office.

Qualifications
General Experience:
Experience, education, or training which provided a basic knowledge of principles and practices related to occupational health programs.
Specialized Experience:
Must have at least 18 months experience, education, or training in the following:
A working knowledge of missions, organizations, programs and requirements of occupational health programs
Experience analyzing and recommending solutions to complicated problems
Experience developing and implementing various policies and procedures used in occupational health programs
Experience involving various administrative areas such as budget, personnel and public relations within a medical activity
