Summary

As a Management and Program Analyst at the GS-0343-7, you will be part of Human Capital Data Mgmt and Modernization, Office of Personnel Management. Duties

Help

Review correspondence and documents prepared for signature for proper grammar and format; exercise initiative in returning items requiring correction; provide information and advice to staff on proper procedures. Prepare responses to routine correspondence.

Assists staff and coordinators with various systems, applications and automated tools needed to perform duties for financial and administrative programs.

Assists staff in establishing travel accounts, travel system training and works with travel team to establish appropriate program, approval/routing structures. Incumbent serves as liaison between programs serviced and the RMO concerning travel execution. Establish, track, and maintain various HCDMM databases.

Monitor active contracts in a timely manner, providing administrative oversight of procurement actions.

Qualifications

For the GS7: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in the Federal service which includes: 1) Providing a wide variety of administrative support to Senior Leadership; 2) Assisting with tracking personnel actions and follows up with HR on staffing, classification, work life, employee relations, labor relations, and workforce planning initiatives; 3) Experience with procuring office supplies and miscellaneous services as required; 4) Providing various support functions such as Payroll and Time and Attendance Administration, Travel and Reimbursement Systems, Purchase Card, and Performance Management System and 5) Compiling information required to complete Interagency Agreements.

Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-5 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS 7 level.
