Summary

The position serves as a Branch Chief in the Innovative Technology and Governance Branch, Analytics and Data Operations Division, Office of Analytics and Business Systems, Office of Customer and Stakeholder Engagement (QC). 


Location of Position: This is a virtual position and duty location of this position will be determined upon selection.

Help

  • Serves as the Stakeholder Relationship Management Subject Matter Expert for FAS recommending best practices in implementing and measuring process.
  • Develops and executes Stakeholder Relationship Management policies, data models, standards, governance parameters and requirements, work flows, business intelligence and business process reengineering, standard operating procedures, and analysis.
  • Directly plans staff work assignments on an ongoing basis as well as provides technical and administrative supervision. Evaluates work performance.  Identifies developmental and training needs of employees and fosters an inclusive workplace.
  • Recommends innovations from model standards along with anticipated financial resources in stakeholder relationship management and data analysis tools.
  • Directs GSA CASE use of Stakeholder Relationship Management technology (i.e. Salesforce.com).
  • Prepares and plans instructional presentations and delivers training to prepare users to accept Stakeholder Relationship Management related changes.
  • Builds a shared vision with others.  Performs liaison, advisory, and consultant duties across the team and among business lines.

  • Collaborates among and across internal offices to build strategic relationships and achieve common and individual goals.

The GS-14 salary range starts at $116,393.00  per year.

To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service.

Specialized Experience:

Specialized experience is defined as experience leading, defining, updating, and change management for Customer Relationship technology (ie Salesforce) policy, processes, and standard operating procedures and innovating technology based on evolving business requirements and needs through partnership with internal end-users, leadership, and information technology stakeholders and systems.

Ability to make decisions and recommendations that influence GSA data analytics policies or programs.

Knowledge of the concepts, principles, and practices in the business analytics field.

Knowledge of the GSA FAS organization, mission, functions, business portfolios, customers, and vendor partners.
