You must perform the following major duties:
Systems Analysis:
Manages and directs multiple highly complex and innovative IT systems initiatives, program functions, and/or projects.
Performs needs analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business process IT solutions (e.g. software, applications, programs, and/or services).
Conducts feasibility studies and trade-off analyses.
Determines the size, skills, and roles necessary for teams to produce deliverables.
Defines and applies or provides for application of metrics to monitor and evaluate IT solution progress and success.
Supervisory Duties:
Plans and assigns work. Sets and adjusts priorities and monitors progress in completion of assignments. Develops performance standards and evaluates work performance of subordinates.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Partners with employing agency program, project, product, and other involved stakeholders to facilitate and achieve agency, program office, and stakeholder goals and objectives.

The GS-15 salary range starts at $136,908 per year.
