  • Ensure organizations strategic plan, mission, vision, and values are communicated to the team and integrated into team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
  • Coach the team in the selection and application of appropriate problem solving methods and techniques.
  • Assist in identifying courses of actions regarding issues at hand.
  • Lead the team in setting well defined goals to advance the mission.
  • Establishes work schedules and assures overall coordination of work assignments to affect a smooth, well integrated organization.
  • Leads project delivery teams in managing scope, cost, schedule, risk, procurement strategies, and all other aspects of project execution.
  • Communicate with others verbally and in writing in an accurate, clear, concise, and professional manner.
  • Negotiate with multiple entities to find mutually acceptable solutions to problems as they arise.
  • Lead discussions with a variety of groups and individuals using clear, articulate, and professional language.
  • Develop and execute communication plans involving engagement with Corps leadership, external stakeholders, and the public.

  • Develop, coordinate, and manage project management plans.
  • Analyze project and contract schedules and performance to identify critical activities, sequences, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project budget; monitoring performance and obligations/expenditures.
  • Follow risk management practices to identify, assess, manage, respond to, and communicate risks.

You will be evaluated for this job based on how well you meet the qualifications above.
