Duties

Help
  • Review incoming correspondence to remove second party letters and any letters of criticism or any document that reflects negatively.
  • Provide appropriate advice and guidance to other personnel on actions in areas of expertise.
  • Maintain production statics for each United States Army Reserve Non-Commissioned Officer (USAR NCO) and officer recruiter and production reports for the Army Medical Department (AMEDD) Recruiting Detachment.
  • Investigate and process administrative waiver request for enlisted applicants.

Qualifications

In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) serving as Human Resource liaison for requests for corrections and/or clarifications on records and/or applications; 2) entering data for statistical analysis into automated systems; AND 3) providing data updates on daily/weekly reports and charts for briefings. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
