Summary

About the Position: This position is located with the U.S. Army John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center & School, Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
Incumbent must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
Must be able to obtain and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Red Cross. Advanced certification (e.g., ALS) does not supersede BLS.
This position is a Testing Designated Position (TDP) subject to a pre-employment drug screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident.
Applicants must be able to fulfill credentialing requirements and obtain and maintain appropriate/relevant clinical privileges.
This position is subject to perform temporary duty up to 25%.
Must meet requirements for independent practice and maintain current credentials with a sanctioned DoD medical authority.
Incumbent must hold a full, current, and unrestricted license to practice psychology at the doctoral level in a State, Territory, Commonwealth of the United States (e.g., Puerto Rico), or the District of Columbia.
Incumbent required to be on-call.
Must be willing to participate in stressful, physically demanding training. Specifically, the incumbent must be a SERE level C graduate, or must agree to complete such training.

Basic Requirement for Psychologist Position:
Degree: Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) directly related to full professional work in clinical psychology.
