• Serves as Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) for Training Development contracts that addresses school’s Training Developer shortfalls based on workload and/or specific skill needs.
• Consults with educational professionals and subject matter experts (SME) to resolve technical problems and assist with the design and development of Army training and evaluation materials.
• Recommends instructional strategies and material, to include distance learning products, using practical subject matter knowledge. Participates substantially in course development or modification of Training Requirements Analysis System products.
• Recommends validation plans and conducts learning product validations.
• Updates all critical information into the Army Training Requirements and Resources System (ATRRS) when submitting revised CADs or POIs.

• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Top Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.

This position is in the Professional Work Category at the Full Performance Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.

To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe One Year Of specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by 1. Assesses educational learning by analyzing, designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating learning products (ADDIE) to improve courses.2. Resolves Technical problems and assist with the development of training and evaluation using Training Development Capability system (TDC).3.Ability to enforce United State Army Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC) regulation 350-70 and associated regulation to maintain training program.

Education: Ph.D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
