Help
  • Advises command group on resource planning and programming policies and procedures to optimize the use of resources in accomplishing the Command’s mission.
  • Approves multi-year and long-term work plans developed by subordinates.
  • Responsible for providing cost and economic analysis support to CCOE principal staff.

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • Three year trial/probationary period may be required.
  • Must be able to obtain and retain a Top Secret security clearance.
  • This is a Drug Testing Designated Position. This position is covered by the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Control Program.
  • The incumbent is required to sign a DA Form 5019-R and must pass urinalysis testing, as required, prior to appointment, reassignment or transfer and periodically thereafter.
  • Temporary duty (TDY) business travel is required approximately 20 percent of the time.
  • This is a Financial Management Level 2 Certified position. Incumbent of this position is required to comply with all Department of Defense and Department of the Army requirements of this certification program.

This position is in the Supervision/Management Work Category at the Senior Work Level within the CES Occupational Structure.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. To qualify based on your experience, your resume must describe one year specialized experience that demonstrates the possession of knowledge, skills, abilities, and competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Such experience is typically in or directly related to the work of the position to be filled. Specialized experience would be demonstrated by (1) Assisting in the annual Program Objective Memorandum (POM) development or budget formulation for an organization; (2) Performing a variety of analytical studies and/or projects related to: Resource planning, long-range planning, and management improvement; (3) Providing guidance on resource planning policies and requirements.

Education
