U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Serves as a Facility Aid in a Fitness Facility. Works under the direction of the Facility Manager. Assists the Facility Manager in the overall operation of a fitness facility.
Circulates among patrons to assure service is satisfactory: provides information and general instruction on the use of equipment, facilities, and machinery.
Assists in setting up for instructors, contractors, events, athletic activities, and related functions. Performs facility cleanliness and/or monitors contracts.
Assists with publicity of programs and events and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers and other promotional material.
Issues/receives equipment to authorized users. Monitors fitness equipment condition; tracks maintenance and repair or replacement as appropriate. Cleans and performs minor maintenance on facility equipment. Performs other duties as assigned.

Must be willing and able to obtain training certificates for the MWR Orientation Course and Customer Service within six (6) months of employment.
Incumbent must be available to work Days, Evenings, Nights, Weekends, as well as occasional Holidays.
Appointment subject to favorable suitability determination.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
