Monitor obligations and expenditures throughout the execution phase of the operating budgets
Coordinate the administrative work of other clerical personnel that may be geographically disbursed, and provides guidance, direction and leadership to ensure all project administrative priorities are met.
Review each cost item to include labor, training, travel, equipment, and pay estimates for contractors, supplies, and visa purchase to determine proper sequence required for the action.
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.

Specialized Experience at the GS-05 Grade Level : Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Consolidating data for reports or budgets; OR 2) Maintaining office files for an organization This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04).

Education: Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Add the two percentages.
Specialized Experience at the GS-06 Grade Level : Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Maintaining fund requests in an automated system; AND 2) Purchasing supplies for an office; OR 3) Drafting administrative correspondence or reports for an organization.. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).

Education: A half year (i.e., 9 semester hours) of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as [insert applicable field(s) of study].

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. Specialized Experience at the GS-07 Grade Level :: One year of specialized experience which includes performing at least 2 out of 3 of the following duties: 1) Tracking budget expenditures for an organization; AND 2) Conducting inventory audit for property accountability; OR 3) Reviewing contracted services for completion prior to payment. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).

Education: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position, such as public administration, business administration, industrial engineering, industrial management, or other administrative or management fields related to the position to be filled.

Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%.
