As a IT Specialist (ENTARCH) - Data Architect at the GS-2210-14 level, you will be part of Office of the Chief Information Officer, Office of Personnel Management. Works directly with experienced IT Specialists to provide a clear vision of the product to the customer.
Serve as the technical design lead, working with customers to design new system features.
Represents the teams in architecture feature planning and technical meetings providing complex architecture diagrams.
Plans new or enhanced data pipeline features or data transformations on product roadmaps in agile team meetings.
Engages with customers to solve system design problems where needed presenting and communicate the solution at both a high level and technical detail where appropriate depending on the audience.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements: You must have Information Technology (IT) related experience that demonstrates proficiency in each of the following competencies. Do you have:

For the GS14: You must have year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service (obtained in either the private or public sector) performing ALL of the following tasks:
1) Advising on integrating IT programs, including the integration of IT programs in the cloud, with other programs of equivalent scope and/or complexity; 2) Applying automation policies and procedures to establish guardrails to protect and isolate Cloud workloads; and
3) Guiding technical customers to workable solutions for complex problems utilizing established policies and best practice.
