Senior Counsel for field activity (FA) (the Aviation Demand and Supply Chain, or ADSC) for government ethics law.
Primary responsibility is the implement the FA ethics program by issuing formal and informal ethics opinions, training the workforce, and managing the financial disclosure program.
Coordinates the FA?s efforts with DLA headquarters and other DLA activities, the DoD Standards of Conduct Office, and other federal agencies.
Exercises personal responsibility for cases, legal issues, and litigation characterized as the most difficult in terms of both the law and the facts.
Provides advice to the highest levels of management and carries out special assignments for the FA Chief Counsel and Programs Counsel on important, complex, and precedent-setting areas requiring extensive, immediate, and time-consuming attention.

Qualifications
1) The first professional law degree (LL.B. or J.D.).
2) Proof that you are licensed and a member in good standing with the bar of the highest court of a State, U.S. commonwealth, U.S. territory, or the District of Columbia. Annual bar certification cards issued from your state of licensure are not considered acceptable. You must possess professional legal experience in excess of 3 years commensurate with the duties and responsibilities of the position.

Security Clearance: This position is designated Non-Critical Sensitive. If selected, you must obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.
