As a Supervisory Program Analyst (Risk Management), you will:

Key Requirements:You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-14 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Facilitating responses to audits, reviews and reports by Offices of Inspector General; AND
- Mitigating risk through adherence to audit compliance; AND
- Reviewing program and policies and making recommendations for the improvement of the program; AND
- Communicating office policies and procedures with internal and external stakeholders; AND
- Experience providing leadership and direction to professionals ensuring a work environment/culture of employee performance excellence, employee engagement, collaboration, and diversity.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or volunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
