United States Citizens or individuals lawfully admitted for permanent residency or authorized by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service to work in the United States. While the DC Courts has a telework policy, eligibility is determined by the respective division where the position is situated within the agency.
The incumbent provides a full array of established library functions including but not limited to research, reference, acquisitions, technical services, collection management, library administration, bibliographical work, and cataloging.
Brief Description of the Major Duties:
To qualify for this position, you must submit the following:

Master's degree in Library Science plus a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a librarian, with at least one (1) year of specialized experience as a supervisor managing library services.
Graduation from the Courts’ Management Training Program may substitute for one (1) year of supervisory experience. You must provide documentation of your management training (i.e. copy of certificate) with your application
