In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in: 1) Supply management (including procurement, acquisition, inventory management, property accountability); 2) Transportation Management (including specialized transportation programs and functions, to include traffic management, vehicle fleet management, and passenger travel); 3) Equipment and Facilities maintenance. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12).

Pay retention may be offered to selected applicants for positions at overseas locations. Pay retention will not be offered as an incentive for employees moving between overseas positions.

ROK TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Beginning April 1 2023, the Korea Electronic Travel Authorization, or K-ETA, is temporarily exempted for 22 countries until Dec. 31, 2024. The United States is included in this exemption. Travelers can still apply for a K-ETA and pay the 10,000 Korean Won fee (about $9) per person if they wish; those who have a K-ETA will not have to submit an arrival card at the port of entry. The memorandum must identify each applicant, date of submission, country of travel for PCS/TDY /TAD and DoD Visa Passport Automated System (VPAS) ID.
