Help

As a Policy and Plans Expert within CIA's Directorate of Science and Technology (DS&T), you will apply deep innovation expertise to advance science and technology policies that enable our ability to maintain strategic advantage in a rapidly changing world of Emerging and Disruptive Technologies (EDTs).

DS&T Policy and Plans Experts typically conduct policy management of cutting-edge innovation while interacting with researchers, project managers, and program managers from other government agencies, academia, industry, and internal entities. Successful Policy and Plans Experts work across the spectrum of policy challenges, applying policy management expertise to today's mission, while keeping the Agency well positioned for the future. DS&T Policy and Plans Experts identify and mitigate risks and threats directly contributing to the Agency's strategic technological goals.
