Develop software systems for a variety of enterprise-wide applications containing critical data in support of the work of the agency.
Serve as an agency expert in one or more disciplines related to software tools, methodologies, technologies, and/or enterprise-wide systems.
Analyze problems and identifies solutions.Programs computer systems applications to solutions and tests and evaluates the results.
Perform fact-finding, design, software surveys, and/or cost/benefit analyses for new or modified enterprise-wide software applications resulting in the design or modification of systems.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Applicants must have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 level of difficulty and responsibility in the Federal service as defined in the next paragraph.
Specialized experience is experience at or equivalent to which is directly related to the position which has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities (KSAs) to successfully perform the duties of the position to include experience with web development in various systems (such as; Node.JS, Apache, React, REST APIs, and SQL Server), and experience with code management best practices. Applicants must also have IT-related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies: Attention to Detail, Customer Service, Oral Communication and Problem Solving.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social).
