TTS is seeking to fill two PERMANENT appointments at the GS-15 grade level.
These are virtual/remote positions.
Duty stations to be determined upon selections.
Salaries to be determined upon selections, depending on duty locations.
Current civil service employees will receive new appointments if selected under this Direct Hire Authority.
Any selections made will be contacted by Human Resources. No additional status notifications will be sent.

You must perform the following major duties:
Supervisory and Organizational Leadership
Develops work plans for approved goals and objectives.
Communicates and plans work assignments with each staff member.
Builds a strong sustainable organization with high levels of employee engagement.

Senior IT Program Management
Applies IT and software knowledge to consult with and advise customer agencies in modern software development methodologies, tools, techniques, and ways of thinking.
Examines policy issues and strategic planning with a long-term perspective.
Consults with agency partners to identify solutions that support administrative priorities and agency practices.
Performs needs analysis to define opportunities for new or improved business process IT solutions.

Qualifications
BASIC REQUIREMENTS: Have IT-related experience demonstrating EACH of the four competencies listed below:
Attention to Detail - this skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant investigates and evaluates “state of the art” technology of the industry.
Customer Service - this skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant confers with users to evaluate the effectiveness of, or identify the need for, computer programs or management systems.
OralCommunication - this skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant persuades others to take a particular course of action or to accept findings, recommendations, changes, or alternative viewpoints.
Problem Solving - this skill is generally demonstrated by assignments where the applicant identifies and accommodates technology and resource constraints.
GS-15 LEVEL SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: In addition to the Basic Requirements listed above, you must also have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 in the federal service. Specialized experience for this role is defined as:
Experience managing individuals who work in the technology space.
Experience leading a cross-functional or multidisciplinary team that provides or supports delivery of modern IT systems, software systems, or digital services.
Experience supporting the overall planning, management, and direction of a program or business, or multiple projects or products.
Experience building alignment with stakeholders.
