U.S. Citizens and Non-U.S. Nationals who have resided in the U.S. or U.S. Territory for three (3) or more continuous years immediately preceding the start of Federal affiliation.
Makes reservations for incoming guests based on room availability. Interviews incoming guests to determine room assignment.
Assists clientele in the completion of required forms and registration cards. Answers questions pertaining to rules and regulations governing the assignment and use of quarters; issues room keys.
Orients guests concerning use of facilities and equipment, and other facilities available.
Computes charges for guests checking out, receives payments and room keys; renders receipts. At end of shift, accounts for and secures cash.
Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.

A one year probationary period may be required.
Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, Chapter 2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.
Employee may be required to stand for extended periods of time.
Qualifications
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide at the level necessary to complete required reports and use a computer for work processing or data entry. Good verbal communication and customer service skills.
Highly Preferred: Candidates that possess highly preferred criteria and meet the minimum qualifications above will be referred to the hiring manager first. Criteria is verified within the application package.
One-year hotel front desk experience is preferred.
