Apply Departmental Management performance and planning tools and administrative requirements to effect organizational changes, improve operations or enhance program services or delivery.
Work with and provide effective oversight and guidance to diverse groups with varying interests and expertise in order to resolve issues and implement recommendations that have wide impact.
Represent the Department, present and acquire information, and gain participant cooperation in structured and unstructured settings.
Communicate in writing including composing sensitive correspondence and position papers, program procedures, presentations, project implementation plans, and major reports.
The official duty station for this position will be in Atlanta, Georgia, Denver, Colorado, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Santa Ana, California, Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Washington, District of Columbia. Candidates will be selected for a job assigned to one of the official duty stations listed in this announcement. Failure to report to duty at the location for which the candidate is selected may be grounds for a disciplinary action, including removal.
Key Requirements:
Must be U.S. Citizen or U.S. National.
A one year probationary period may be required.
Must successfully complete a background investigation.

Qualifications
You must meet the following requirements within 30 days of the closing date of this announcement.
Specialized Experience: For the GS-15 grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes:
- Collaborating with senior or executive leadership about administrative functions, legal or regulatory requirements; AND
- Leading others to organizational changes improving and enhancing operations, program services or delivery; AND
- Working for FHA, USDA, GSEs, or other related Mortgage Industry organization; AND
- In-depth knowledge in a single family mortgage field.
Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector orvolunteer service. One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis. To ensure full credit for your work experience, please indicate dates of employment by month/day/year, and indicate number of hours worked per week on your resume.
Time-in-Grade: In addition to the above requirements, you must meet the following time-in-grade requirement, if applicable:
For the GS-15 you must have been at the GS-14 level for 52 weeks.
