The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Executive Secretary in assuring procedural compliance and timely action in the processing of cases by the Review Commission and for maintaining the Commission's public records.

Key Requirements
Applicants must possess three years of professional legal experience following law school.
Applicants must have completed one year at the next lower grade level (GS-12 or equivalent) by the closing date of the announcement.
Applicants must have graduated with a law degree (such as a J.D.) from a school of law accredited by the American Bar Association and be an active member in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, District of Columbia, or Commonwealth of Puerto Rico bar.
