Manage all aspects of software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security.
Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with Customers to determine application specifications.
Work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and have strong critical thinking skills.
Identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, use sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives, to make recommendations, and to implement solutions.
Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on projects. Must be able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast-paced environment.
Responsible for developing and sustaining business/logistics web-based applications utilizing secure coding methods. Knowledge of programming languages such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C## (i.e. WebForm, MVC, Razor Pages, etc.).
Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing, implementing, and providing full lifecycle support of applications, Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and/or Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software; designing and developing database management systems; participating in requirements gathering, creating critical designs, developing test cases, and validating system requirements with customers; providing software lifecycle guidance on Information Technology, technical initiatives and practices to various agencies and organizations.
