Duties

Help
  • Manage all aspects of software development lifecycle, including design, architecture, availability, reliability, performance, monitoring, and security.
  • Conduct requirements gathering and collaborate with Customers to determine application specifications.
  • Work in a team environment, manage multiple priorities, and have strong critical thinking skills.
  • Identify problems, determine accuracy and relevance of information, use sound judgement to generate and evaluate alternatives, to make recommendations, and to implement solutions.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on projects. Must be able to work with very little supervision in a highly charged and fast-paced environment.
  • Responsible for developing and sustaining business/logistics web-based applications utilizing secure coding methods. Knowledge of programming languages such as ASP.NET, VB.NET, and C## (i.e. WebForm, MVC, Razor Pages, etc.).

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes developing, implementing, and providing full lifecycle support of applications, Government Off-the-Shelf (GOTS) and/or Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) software; designing and developing database management systems; participating in requirements gathering, creating critical designs, developing test cases, and validating system requirements with customers; providing software lifecycle guidance on Information Technology, technical initiatives and practices to various agencies and organizations.
