  • Manages business processes, agreements, and partnerships for the facility.
  • Manages and coordinates the planning, forecasting, and execution of program level budget, finance, procurement, and contract activities.
  • Interfaces with the Mission Support Directorate as the primary conduit for business related activities.
  • Provides insight and guidance to facilitate the unbiased and fair treatment of all employees.

Qualifications

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work.

To qualify for GS-15, you must have one year of directly related specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 level

  • Executing NASA financial, budget, and performance operations and processes (e.g., PPBE, OMB Submits, Program Financial Forecasts);
  • Aligning project or program functions with the organization's mission and ensuring electronic resources and systems support and adhere to organizational policies, procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Recommending program-level priorities and determining resource requirements needed to provide mission support functions (e.g., system and software VV) to NASA missions;
  • Recommending and normalizing program goals and advising program management on strategies to achieve them.
