Duties

Help
  • Supports activities and services of the athletics and intramural sports program.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of athletic facilities.
  • Monitors condition of, cleans, and performs minor maintenance on athletics equipment.
  • Assistants with publicity of events and tournaments and assists with the delivery and placement of posters, flyers, and other promotional material.
  • Assists in setting up for special events and sports tournaments.

  • Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
  • A one year probationary period may be required.
  • Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
  • Completed and signed DA Form 3433 is required prior to entrance on duty.
  • This position requires a favorably adjudicated T1/NACI background investigation.
  • Must be willing to accept part-time employment.
  • Must be willing and able to work irregular hours to include Federal holidays, weekends, and evenings .
  • Subject to satisfactory completion of all pre-employment checks in accordance with AR 215-3, para.2 to include a Tier 1 background investigation.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will possess the following:

  • Ability to assist in setting up and publicizing special events and sport tournaments, as well as deliver posters, flyers, and other promotional materials.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a nationally recognized certification in First Aid, CPR, and AED within one year of employment.
  • Able to endure physical demands beyond normal requirements to include prolonged standing and walking.
  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule to include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
