This position will serve at the Director, Sustainment Department with full technical and administrative responsibility for the operation of the NAWCTSD Sustainment Department and will provide Executive Level direction for the integration, management and timely accomplishment of the entire Sustainment mission at NAWCTSD.
Summary

The Sustainment Director will have responsibility and oversight for the following divisions: Industrial and Logistics Maintenance Planning, In Service Support Division, and Integrated Management Division.
You will provide executive level planning/implementation, formulation of department policy and guidance, department work processes, and program requirements.
You will provide policy guidance direction and management planning for training systems matters and ensures the development of the people, processes, and facilities necessary to support the acquisition and support of training systems.
You will be responsible for representing NAWCTSD in all Sustainment matters relating to the development of new or innovative methods and processes.
You will be responsible for Sustainment operated information resources.
You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an organizational Sustainment program that includes architecture, requirements, objectives and policies, sustainment personnel, and processes and procedures.
Must be determined suitable for federal employment.
Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.
