The working title for this position is Chief, Systems Integration Branch. As a Chief, Systems Integration Branch, you will be performing the following duties:
Responsible for overall management and execution of day to day operations and policy for regional electronics and information technology programs.
Develop plans and budgets in accordance with project timelines and expected deliverables.
Serves as Chief, Systems Integration Branch, managing overall business and resources of the branch.
Serves as Contracting Officer Representative for contracts associated with electronics and information technology systems.
This position requires a Public Trust (Moderate Risk) Security Clearance.
*A one year supervisory probationary/trial period may be required.
*Payment of relocation expenses is not authorized.
*This position is not in the bargaining unit.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: The position entails primarily office-type work, but the incumbent is required to travel and to conduct site visits to existing operational sites, construction sites, offsite training, remote observational equipment, etc.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Required to obtain and maintain contracting officer representative (COR) certification Level II in order to manage and monitor contracts, Requires Financial Disclosure Form 450, Overtime and non-standard hours particularly during significant weather events or system failures are required.

Providing technical expertise in the design, testing, and modification of IT systems and programs;
Developing, monitoring, and operating a wide variety of information systems while providing direct customer service for problem resolution or known issue resolutions; and
Working in a team setting to provide continuous support for IT services that include documentation, compilation of data, and creation of reports to support briefings and recommendations to upper management.
